If in July Fregene is packed of Roman families and youngsters (especially on weekends),
in August locals take at least two full weeks off from work. Funny is, that they do not take a break from each other, since all will meet again in one, or more, of the following destinations:

Back home
Even if I spent only a few days in NY, it seems I've been gone for weeks. The Big Apple is the liveliest place I know and, true, it never sleeps.

I hoped to be able to write a new post before taking a week off from the blog (I have found this great restaurant downtown!), but I didn't make it.

After having heard and read, soooo much about this place, I couldn't ignore my growing curiosity and avoid stepping in, since it opened in Rome too, last Thursday.
Eataly is a huge three-storey building,
