Capri, my love

In spite of a mostly cloudy, and sometimes rainy, weather, I've had a wonderful, wonderful, wonderful time in Capri.
I enjoyed the sun (every possible minute)

and
the water.

I had incredibly pleasant lunches and candlelight dinners at La Capannina

 and at Aurora, and

I ate seafood, like these local shrimps,

in front of the sea (Torre Saracena Restaurant),

and delicious pastas, and rice (lemon risotto at Terrazza Brunella)

and tasty meat (rabbit "alla cacciatora" at EDODe').

I strolled in Capri's narrow streets

and I went shopping (Capri's shops seduce everybody...) at my favorite stores:
Amina Rubinacci (cachemire)

Grey's Flannel (bags)

Fiori (sandals)

100% Capri (linen outfits)

just to mention a few.
I went up and down so many stairs, that my legs ached when I woke up in the morning.

But nonetheless I made it to Villa Jovis, emperor Tiberius' "home",

and to Axel Munthe's Villa San Michele,

and I walked and walked, enchanted by the nature

and by the breathtaking beauty of this spectacular Italian island...
