Located in the very popular shopping area near Via Cola di Rienzo, and provided of a strategic car park right next door, Romeo Chef & Baker has quickly achieved great popularity, mostly thanks to the combined strengths of its creators: Alessandro and Pier Luigi Roscioli, Fabio Spada and Cristina Bowerman. All of them are very interesting people with a fascinating background, sometimes begun miles away from the food & beverage field.
Bound to each other by a passion for quality, service and innovation, they have been able to combine in a single concept their personal previous successes, such as Glass Hostaria, Salumeria Roscioli and Forno Roscioli.

Indeed Romeo Chef & Baker is not only a restaurant, designed by Andrea Lupacchini, but it is also a food store, that offers the best selection of cold cuts, cheeses and bread in all its possible forms.
I recently had the pleasure of being their guest and I enjoyed each and every course. From the starters (selection of cold cuts, spicy beef with polenta and chicory, roasted tubers with goat cheese and balsamic vinegar)
to the first course (spaghettoni alla carbonara, linguine with sea urchin, semi-dried tomatoes and coffee, ravioli di Castelmagno with pumpkin mousse and chopped hazelnuts) including their crunchy focaccia! Definitely a place to visit as often as possible!
